Let me tell you a tale of misery. Recently, I had the misfortune of dealing with "a plumber/one of those "plumbers"/an unqualified hack". From the start, things were shaky. • In addition: They left tools behind/forgot essential parts/failed to remove debris, creating a bigger mess/causing further complications/leading to additional problems. Now I have a flooded floor on top of the original issue.

Frankly, I'm incensed. I need a new plumber, and I need one immediately! This whole experience has been a complete mess.
